From the moment we landed at Colombo airport until our drop-off before the flight home, everything ran smoothly. Sanju was always on time, extremely well organized, and drove safely on every road — including the challenging mountain routes to Ella and the long East Coast stretches. His English is excellent, communication via WhatsApp was easy from day one. Beyond driving, he made the trip better in ways we didn’t expect. He arranged our Minneriya Safari with a private jeep and driver so we could skip all queues. He recommended fantastic restaurants everywhere. During every drive between destinations he suggested interesting stops and activities along the way, turning ordinary transfers into memorable experiences. He even helped us get a refund from a hotel, and covered small entrance fees when we didn’t have cash on us — trusting us to pay back later.
