Dinesh was an excellent driver and guide for us. He provided car seats for both children including a rear facing seat for our 8 month old baby. His driving was careful and he was very flexible and helpful with stops for the children. The car was smart and clean and had good air conditioning. It only had lap belts in the main seats so the baby seat has to go in the front seat. He made good suggestions for things we could do and wasn’t pushy, which I appreciated. He organised a safari for us at Udawalawa national park and installed the car seats into the safari vehicle which was so helpful. He also was really helpful organising a train trip from Ella, sorting out the buying of the ticket and managing to get me a seat on the train even though we didn’t have reservations. He would show me Google reviews for the things he suggested (like a cookery lesson, he knew one that didn’t mind us bringing the children) which was very reassuring. Dinesh also didn’t mind sitting in the car with our baby with the air conditioning on if she fell asleep so she could finish her nap. He was excellent with our 3 year old, who normally has a really hard time with strangers.
